Celebrity Charity Tournament Winner!

Michelle Garforth-Venter has won the Celebrity Charity Tournament, beating out first time poker player and Miss Earth South Africa 2012 finalist Tamerin Jardine.  On her final hand, Tamerin was all in holding [As][Kc] against the [6h][3c] of Michelle.  When the flop fell [5c][4h[6c], Michelle took a lead with top pair and a straight draw.  The turn fell the [6d], leaving Tamerin drawing dead, and the [6s] hit the river for effect, giving Michelle the winning had with quad sixes.

Emerald Resort & Casino would like to thank all of the participants for coming out to support this event.  R30,000 will be donated to charity due to your help.

After his elimination, Jack Effel took to the mike to tell players that The Grinder was looking to get a 50/100 rand PLO game started.
